Crawford Bayley & Co., Solicitors and Advocates, for over 22 years. His firm and he are Legal Advisors to many Indian companies; multinational corporations and foreign banks having a presence in India. He is a Solicitor & Advocate of the Bombay High Court and a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of India. He is presently on the board of many private and public limited companies in India.

Ms. Vande Berg has extensive experience in the public and private sectors. In January 2014, she completed a 9-year tenure as Chief Executive Officer of a membership organization in the USA that delivers creative content via programming for public fiduciaries. During her tenure, she grew the organization into an influential and powerful thought leader in three of the most defining themes of the 21st century: the impact of investments in emerging markets, the role of financial institutions in the development of an economy, and the increased role of the Asia Pacific region in the global economy. Ms. Vande Berg holds a Doctor of Philosophy degree from Vanderbilt University and a Masters of Arts degree from Duke University, North Carolina, USA.
Mr. Thakur, M.Com, CAIIB, served as Controller of Foreign Exchange for Reserve Bank of India. Mr. Thakur served as a Senior Adviser of United Nations Development Programme. He served Reserve Bank of India in different capacities for over 31 years. He has held important positions in his long professional career in the field of banking and foreign exchange. He served at U. N. International Civil Service since January 1988 as Senior Adviser, UNDP and also worked in Zambia as Adviser to the Governor, Bank of Zambia for 6 years. He was the non-Executive Chairman of CDSL between June 2001 to August 2010. He is presently on the board of many private and public limited companies in India.
Mr. Stein is a Managing Director of Celerity Ventures. In addition to venture investing, Mr. Stein has extensive transactional and operational experience, having co-founded THINQ Learning Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of learning management systems. Mr. Stein served at various times as Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Corporate Development and Secretary of THINQ, with responsibilities for finance, administration, operations, corporate strategy and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to THINQ, Mr. Stein served as Vice President and General Counsel of Pure Atria Corporation as Director of Business Development and Counsel for the New Ventures group at Polaroid Corporation, and as Corporate Counsel for Lotus Development Corporation. In these positions, he was responsible for corporate venturing activities, as well as structuring, negotiating and closing a wide range of strategic alliances, partnering relationships and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Stein began his career as an associate at the law firms of Palmer & Dodge and Hutchins, Wheeler & Ditmar. While in private practice, Mr. Stein specialized in venture capital investments and management-led buy-outs and spin-offs and provided a full range of legal services to high technology companies. Mr. Stein received a B.A. degree from Cornell University and a J.D. degree from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

Subbu received his Bachelor’s degree in commerce from Osmania University in 1983 and his Law degree from Osmania University in 1986. He is a CFA Charterholder.
