India – too big to ignore in battling Climate Change
The Paris Climate Accords aim to limit emissions from Greenhouse Gases (GHG) to 60 billion tonnes by 2035.
At current rates, if India's per capita emissions reached the same levels of China or the USA, global GHG emissions would increase by 12.5% or 34.5%, respectively.
Effectively wrecking any chance achieving global Climate Goals.
