After 40 years of Congress rule that supported a few well-wishers since 2005 – and allegedly mastered the Russian-style oligarch theft – Prime Minister Modi has (in one short year) knocked out the crony capitalists from their lofty perch. For this he gets an unequivocal “10/10”.
